Crow Shields Bailey PC is proud to announce our merger with local accounting firm, McKean & Associates P.A. The combined firm will operate under the name Crow Shields Bailey PC, and employ more than 40 team members to provide professional accounting, tax and consulting services to clients throughout the Gulf Coast.

This merger is part of our strategic growth plan to allow us to better support our client and team needs. Both Crow Shields Bailey and McKean & Associates share similar values and are committed to providing unparalleled customer support. By combining our talents and resources, Crow Shields Bailey will be in a greater position to enhance our client services, provide our team members with long-term career opportunities and impact our local communities.

Joining Crow Shields Bailey’s existing leadership team includes McKean & Associates Principals Cindy Rathle, CPA, and Ann Broughton, CPA. Cindy specializes in personal and business income tax, estate and gift tax returns, as well as small business accounting and consulting. Ann brings thirty years experience to our firm and specializes in accounting and auditing for small businesses, with expertise in not-for-profit entities, medical practices and employee benefit plans.

In addition, we welcome five talented McKean & Associates professionals to our team: Teresa J. Ernest, CPA, Scott Eastman, CPA, Lori Blum, Kay Reed and Sharon Hunter. The firm’s combined staff will continue to service our dedicated clients from our Mobile headquarters and other offices located in Daphne and Gulf Shores, Alabama.

This merger will allow Crow Shields Bailey to ultimately expand our specialized services and diversify our clients’ financial support opportunities moving forward. This unprecedented growth for our firm will further our commitment to helping current and future clients reach their financial goals.
