Personal: Andrew is a Huntsville native married to Jenny Speir of Fairhope. Andrew and Jenny reside in Fairhope with their son Win and their daughter Annie. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys weekends at the hunting camp or on the water, cooking on his Big Green Egg, and spending time with family and friends. He and Jenny also enjoy trying new restaurants around Fairhope, now that they are residents there!

Fun Fact: Andrew is a Dead Head and tries to see Dead & Company at least once a year.

Fun Fact: Kenny spent 6 and a half years working in Birmingham, AL for the assurance practice of RSM US LLP, which is the firm that Crow Shields Bailey PC is an alliance member of.

Fun Fact: In Sherri’s sophomore year of college, she lived on a co-ed floor. Her RA (resident advisor) ended up being her future husband!

Personal: Colleen is married to Maarten van der Giessen. She spends time hiking, gardening, reading, rescuing animals (currently cares for two dogs and five cats), and working as controller for her family business of Van Der Giessen Nursery, Inc.

Fun Fact: Colleen was born in Montreal, Canada and has been heading south ever since!

Personal: Kirsten is married to Sim Sokom and mother to Nathan and Lena. In her free time she enjoys traveling and hiking.

Fun Fact: Growing up, Kirsten swam competitively. She has swam with several local clubs, including Lake Forest, Fairhope Area Swim Team, and BMAC. Kirsten has also worked as a lifeguard and taught children’s swimming lessons.

Personal: Nikki is married to Adron Allen and they have two children together – Rex and Amelie. They recently moved back to Mobile from the Houston area, and they are excited to be back in the wonderful Gulf Coast culture and to share that with their children!

Personal: Abby is married to David Roveda and they have a son (George) and a daughter (Jo). Abby began her career in Mobile but currently works remotely from Birmingham, Alabama while her husband finishes his medical residency training at UAB. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, baking, and listening to true crime podcasts.

Fun Fact: Abby created an Amazing Race scavenger hunt for the entire office as part of our 2018 CSB Team Retreat with the help of her husband. The race led 6 CSB teams through the streets of downtown Mobile, solving clues and completing tasks in order to be the first to finish. Abby credits her and her husband’s love of bad reality television and board games for the success of the race.

Fun Fact: I once spent four hours with friends fighting a sailfish in our kayaks in Navarre, Florida. When we landed the sailfish, we were five miles offshore.

Personal: Jennifer just moved to Daphne from Ohio in June of 2021. She has been happily married for 2 years. She has 2 adult children: a step-son and a daughter, both of whom live in Ohio still, and a son who is a sophomore at Daphne high school. Jennifer loves to travel, kayak, is a huge book nerd, and loves all genres of music.

Fun Fact: Jennifer has attended over 50 concerts and seen 150 music artist live! She has met Jason Aldean and had breakfast with the Swan Brothers.

Personal: Robin has two children, a son (Rusty) and a daughter (Lakyn). She enjoys spending her free time either outside in her yard or on the water. She also enjoys crafting, watching Nascar, and watching Alabama football.

Fun Fact: Robin was a member of the Tanner Williams Volunteer Fire Department for 25 years and worked as an emergency dispatcher for the City of Mobile Fire Department. She became a certified fireman through the Alabama State Fire College!

Personal: Deborah is mother to Blaine Hennis and Emilee Shuler, and grandmother to Finn Shuler. Her hobbies include reading, writing literary short stories, and spending time with family.

Fun Fact: Deborah grew up on a farm and was in several horse shows with her Quarter Horse “Gal.”

Personal: Margaret is married to Robbie Murray and they have 3 daughters: Ann Stewart, Margaret, and Virginia. She loves going to the beach, traveling, and spending time with her family.
