Children’s Philanthropies and Crow Shields Bailey Team Up for Thanksgiving

Crow Shields Bailey PC Senior Audit Associate Hunter Young debuted a turkey suit to drive participation for the annual Turkey Trot for Hope run on Thanksgiving Day.

This Thanksgiving, Crow Shields Bailey PC (CSB) showed their gratitude by giving back to Gulf Coast organizations that support local children throughout the area.

The CSB team joined in on one of the largest Thanksgiving Day traditions in Mobile – the Turkey Trot for Hope. Benefitting Camp Rap-A-Hope, a program offering year-long activities and a summer camp for children diagnosed with cancer, CSB Senior Audit Associate Hunter Young got into the holiday spirit and motivated others to participate – including wearing a turkey suit to our annual Thanksgiving office potluck. Thanks to Hunter and the support of a CSB sponsorship, 53 team members, family and friends registered to run in the race or gave a donation as a “Stay in Bed” participant.

Further supporting children, the CSB coordinated a Thanksgiving Child Advocacy Center food drive, creating and donating 10 meal donation boxes for local families in need. The Child Advocacy Center is the only social service agency in Mobile County that provides free services to child abuse victims and serves over 2,400 children.

We hope all of our family, friends and clients enjoyed their Thanksgiving celebrations as much as we did.
